The need for continuously evolving skills has become a challenge in today’s job market. To address this challenge, Future Skills has emerged as a platform focused on talent development.
In collaboration with Tongkolspace, Future Skills successfully offers a variety of learning content. With an interactive and user-friendly design, the Future Skills platform makes it easy for users to access various learning materials and interact with other participants and instructors.
To achieve the above objectives, Future Skills partnered with Tongkolspace to create an online learning platform. In this project, WordPress was used for the website, while the LMS was developed using Laravel.
The Future Skills LMS we built includes various learning content such as:
- College programs
- Webinars
- Tutoring
- Internships
- Workshops
Another unique feature is that FS offers white-label (tenant) learning content for companies that want to have their own Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This allows companies to customize the learning platform according to their brand identity and needs. Through association with the Future Skills platform, companies can gain greater control and enhance their brand value.
Currently, Future Skills has partnered with 566 universities and 71 companies, reaching 26,212 students with up to 100,000 page views per month. This demonstrates that Future Skills has successfully addressed the challenges in developing young talent.
Before collaborating with Tongkolspace in 2022, Future Skills was still using a third-party Learning Management System (LMS). However, this could not accommodate Future Skills’ evolving needs in line with market dynamics. Therefore, Future Skills felt the need to have its own LMS to effectively and efficiently run its learning programs.
In response to this challenge, Tongkolspace emerged as the solution. With experience in the Moodle LMS used at elok.ugm.ac.id, we successfully built a complex LMS in a short time. This success was also due to the good planning and coordination between Future Skills and Tongkolspace.
Tongkolspace developed this LMS in four main phases:
- System registration development
- Learning content management
- Creation of interactive content such as quizzes and post-tests
- Development of a multi-tenant LMS platform for third parties
Our expertise in WordPress and Laravel has helped Future Skills’ website grow. The coding skills of the Tongkolspace team enabled the development of this complex LMS to be completed quickly.
Tongkolspace’s role in developing the Future Skills LMS system has helped this business grow more effectively in providing various learning programs and assisting more users in developing their skills.

Our collaboration with Future Skills demonstrates our ability to develop an LMS capable of accommodating tens of thousands of students and featuring diverse learning functions.
